The ECU Health Centre at Wanneroo was established to provide high quality, comprehensive and integrated primary health care services which are both convenient and accessible. GP Super Clinics are a key element in building a stronger national primary care system, including a greater focus on health promotion and illness prevention.

This newly completed mixed use development includes three floors of medical tenancies and is home to Perth Radiological Clinic and Genesis Care Centre, Heart Care and Sleep Care. In addition, the building also incorporates Grace Anglican Church.

This 3 storey office building was constructed to house the administrative and clinical facilities of the Ear Science Institute.
