BCA Compliance – J6 Lighting Efficiency With the 2005 release of the Building Code Australia lighting solutions have to be engineered to ensure they are efficient use of energy consumption. BEST Consultants have embraced this directive and been able to communicate complient solutions using our 3-d lighting software. This ensures that the solution is suitable to both the architectural considerations as well as the technical requirements of the BCA.
Novated Design – Fast-track solutions With the recent popularity of inner-city lifestyles, BEST Consultants worked with the Client, Project Manager and preferred Contractor to offer project with a fast track novated design solution. This was assisted with the use of modern correspondence & document control software, Aconex. Vertical Transportation – major capital and space reductions Being an independent consultant, BEST Consultants were able to provide early spatial advice to assist the core area planning and using our traffic software demonstrate that a solution using 3 lifts in lieu of 4 would be possible. We were then able to seek competitive quotes and assess them on their relative merit, working with the QA to take into account associated building costs with the options offered from the industry.
