Joe has over 20 years experience in electrical engineering with the last 10 years operating at a Senior Electrical Engineering and Management level.
Joe has worked for a diverse range of Consulting Engineers in the UK initially as an Electrical Engineer and later as a Senior Engineer. He has been exposed to an extensive range of Electrical projects from major commercial and retail developments, health care, commercial, to Urban Redevelopment projects.
In 1999 Joe emigrated to Australia and recently joined BEST Consultants. He is involved with the design and administration of all facets of electrical services consulting, and has developed specialist expertise in the area of high rise commercial developments.
Joe’s broad range of experience enables the adoption of new and innovative designs to be cross generated between the different project types. These projects include resort complexes such as Seashells Mandurah, Health Centres; Halls Creek Hospital and Derby Hospital, Commercial Development; City Square and Bishop See, Pharmaceutical; Chemeq Rockingham and Urban Renewal; Subiaco.
Joe is also a licensed security consultant in accordance with Western Australia state law and undertakes the design of such services.
Joe was the principal Electrical Engineer for a large number of Perth’s most recent and largest commercial tower buildings namely:
- City Square; 46 storey commercial office tower.
- Bishop See Stage 1; 9 storey commercial office building.
- Bishop See Stage 2; 20 storey commercial office building.
- Ernest & Young Building; 6 storey commercial office building.
