Riverton Forum Shopping Centre
BEST Consultants were commissioned to undertake the electrical services on the $32 million redevelopment and refurbishment of Riverton Forum Shopping Centre.
Riverton Forum is located in the southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The Shopping Centre was opened in 1986 and consists of a single level enclosed centre with 40 speciality stores including food, fashion, giftware and services. There are also 4 freestanding buildings outside occupied by KFC, Hungry Jacks, Blockbuster and Sizzler.
The new redevelopment will include an increase of approximately 4,000sqm to the Shopping Centre. There will be a wider range of quality shopping including the addition of 2 mini majors, 29 new speciality stores and an alfresco dining area.
New and updated amenities such as a new parents room, larger toilets and fully integrated carpark with 1,200 car bays (including 250 undercover bays) will improve the Centre’s accessibility.
