Saffron Apartments
BEST Consultants were commissioned to undertake the electrical services on the Saffron Apartments development. Saffron Luxury Apartments is located at 151 Adelaide Terrace, Perth. Saffron Luxury Apartments will have spectacular views to the Swan River and the City and residents will enjoy five-star luxury in their home and their surrounds.
The 23-level tower offers a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments. Saffron Apartments have been finished to a high standard and have been architecturally designed to maximise their location, aspect and living space.
BEST Consultants were engaged to assist with the interior design for the apartments and in particular to model the lighting using 3-d lighting software and research various options that met with:
- Client expectations
- Aesthetics
- Acoustic requirements
- Budget allowances
The Electrical design for this project was primarily undertaken with Landro Electrical Consultants. Being a significant project for Saville Australia, BEST Consultants were able to offer a service of reviewing the design documents and assisting the tender process of the electrical services with a 3rd party independent point of observation. Construction is now complete on this spectacular development.
