This complex is located in the heart of the Claremont central Business district.
The site consists of 66 apartments (4-5 star Rated), 22 commercial units and 5 lifts.
The brief from the client was to provide a unique development that would be acceptable to
the affluent market.
All apartments have been provided with a smart wiring c-bus control system with touch panel controls to the Penthouses. This control system is fully interactive including the access control of the lifts and underground carpark.
This control system is also used (Separately to the apartments) for the control of all house lighting. We have installed movement detectors in all common.
